1/4 cup light cream
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 (10.5 ounce) package miniature marshmallows

A sweet potato cheesecake-like dessert with a spiced grahmn cracker crust. Topped with the marshmallows.

Sounds like a sweet potato pie with a graham crust?
Crust would be the graham crackers, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter combined and pressed into a pie plate.
Filling would be the cream cheese, sweet potatoes, brown sugar, cream, eggs and vanilla all beaten together until smooth. Pour into pie crust.
Topping would be the mini marshmallows.
I'm guessing to bake it around 350 until marshmallows are brown and melted and filling is set but I'm not too sure.

This makes a sweet potato pie with marshmallows on the top. It tastes really good because we had it for Thanksgiving.
