How do YOU eat Chex Mix (if at all). Piece by piece, a handful at a time or a few pieces of the same thing?

they make my belly rumble. I guess my body's mildly intolerant to them.

There's no real discomfort when they're in my system; just the annoyance of noises and gassiness.

Is there any food I could combine them with so that I can still eat them without suffering from "GRAPE GUTS".

Don't say Rennie or Tums! :o]

I am looking for a good, true non-stick pan. I have tried T-Fal and the Calphalon one with the ridges, and they both stick! They were expensive ones, too. I have also tried a variety of the less expensive ones as well.

The ones I have now are from QVC, and they worked great for about a year. Now, they stick like crazy.

Back in the 90's, I had wonderful, truly non-stick teflon fry pans. You never had to grease the pan. I gave them away when I went to graduate school, and haven't been able to find a good one since. The ones I had then could not have been expensive, either, because I was a starving college student at the time with little money.

Thanks in advance.

I looked in the stores for canned gumbo, but it didn't taste that great. None of my cookbooks at home have a recipe, does anyone know how to make it, and does it take long? It can be any flavor like chicken or seafood. Thanks.

I am trying to eat healthier for the new year- my blood pressure is extremely high, and I want to be healthier for myself and my girlfriend.

I like those mini tomatoes, sometimes called 'Cherry' or 'grape' tomatoes. However, I am not used to eating fresh vegetables nor fruit. After eating the tomatoes, my stomach hurts. Why is this? Is it because of pesticide residues, and/or perhaps infinitessimal amounts of insect feces?

How can I avoid these stomach pains? I washed the tomatoes first, but evidently that wasn't enough.

Any suggestions would be fantastic. Thanks.

When you pop a bag of popcorn in the microwave, all of the kernels don't pop at the same time (obviously). So why don't the first kernels that pop get burned since they've cooked the longest?

I need a dish that goes with seafood chowder that does not have seafood. My partner and I are going to a dinner party and they are serving seafood chowder. My partner doesn't like seafood so I thought the dish I bring could be without seafood so she can have something to eat. But I don't know what goes well with seafood chowder.
