I've been trying to eat healthier so I've been eating lots of brown rice and mixed veggies(I'm not vegetarian either) but what I'm wondering is if someone could give me a good recipe for a healthy dinner involving brown rice and vegetables or something else that is low glycemic or just lowered in complex carbohydrates..Any info would be greatly appreciated ..Thanks

3/4 cup shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

I looked on the nutrition facts to see the sugar content,but it's only 6 cabs per serving and I only eat 1-2 servings. I don't eat much protien normally and there is 12 grams in 1 serving of jerky....I just don't get why protien would make me so sleepy, but it does it every time!
