I have a skin Disease?

that I can only wash my hands once or twice a week. If I do it too much then pieces of my skin start falling off. I work at a fast food resteraunt and they are always telling me that I need to wash my hands. I can't and don't want to get fired. What should I do?

Do you handle the food or work the register? if you handle the food you need to be wearing gloves. Also specifically what is the disease called, I have never heard of it.

For the health of others, you need to find another line of work if you can't wear gloves all the time.

I would get a different job. I am sorry you have this problem. But working with fast food sucks anyway...just get another job.

Explain to your boss about the illness and use non latex food service gloves. Change them often to avoid contamination..

I would seriously consider getting into another line of work..
