I hate red meats?.....what are their nutritional value so I know what I'm missing?....any comments on red meat?....steak, burgers...ect.

This website has information on beef. Nutritional values vary widely between types of meat with some being far more lean than others.

Taste. That's all. Nutritionally speaking I don't think there's anything you get from red meat that you can't get from lean meats like pork, chicken, or fish (well, nothing that you want to get anyway).

So if you don't like the taste then don't worry about it. Honestly, your eating habits will be nutritionally better if you avoid it. You won't have a deficit of anything.
