Sounds like a good recipe, especially the fiber you'll get from the whole wheat noodles and the benefit of less fat from the low-fat milk!

Should be tasty....When's dinner?? Can I bring a guest?? LOL!

I'm assuming that you add the cheese and mustard AND the flour mixture in the simmering milk - making a cheese sauce, which you poor over the noodles/broccoli mixture. It sounds like Broccoli macaroni and cheese. If I am correct in my assumptions, yes, it's sounds good.

sounds good to me
- just remember to combine the sauce and the pasta/broccoli

for an extra treat you could combine it all together top with some cheese and broil for a bit to make the cheese bubbly and brown on top
YUM!

Yes, it is basically a fancy version of mac&cheese with broccoli.

It should be fantastic. I don't know if I would use so much garlic powder. I would also add a dash of nutmeg to the white sauce before you add the cheese.

Your directions are incomplete. Is there a point where you do something with the milk mixture and toss it all together or what? And it doesn't sound that great but it does sound like a million other ones out there.
