I would say butter / olive oil and maybe a little parmesan cheese on top.

It depends on several things; I am for this paragraph assuming you are using powdered or dehydrated bouillon, because the answer is much simpler. It will taste good only if you like garlic and basil in your pasta (Most people do). Mixing it with melted butter before pouring it over your noodles will help to both add flavour and ease the process of evening the spicing. (Taste a fingertip of the powdered bouillon first; if the garlic flavour is particularly strong, you may want to use less bouillon.)
Regarding liquid bouillon:
It depends on your tastes, of course, and when you put it in; if you boil your pasta in the bouillon, which is I think your question, it will add a very subtle flavor to the noodles, which you may or may not be able to notice, because you will probably want to drain the excess fluid after you are finished. If you are experienced with the amount of liquid necessary for cooking noodles, you can try using just enough bouillon to cook the noodles, so you have no excess when you are done. It is very easy to burn the noodles using this method, and measurements are tricky for inexperienced (And indeed most experienced) cooks, so you may not want to try this.
Because bouillon tends to be very thin, if you add it after you cook the noodles, the flavor will be stronger than in drained noodles, but it will be more of a soup than a pasta. If this is desirable, of course, by all means try it out; I would recommend small pieces of chicken or a mild saltwater fish in the soup, as well as starchy green vegetables.
The third, and most tasty, option, would be to make a sauce using the bouillon and a thickening agent, such as flour, and to pour it over the noodles after they have finished cooking; you might try cooking some additional vegetables in the bouillon as you thicken it into a sauce, such as celery, broccoli or green onions. Finely chopped vegetables are usually preferable.

It will be good only if you like it in the first place. Make sure you disolve it in the right amount of water. To make it thicker, you can add a bit of butter and flour to the mixture, and stir constantly to be sure it doesnt burn. If it tastes too much like flour, add another cube or packet of bouillon.

Olive oil will probably 1. be a good base for the flavor 2. act as a lubricant.
