they make my belly rumble. I guess my body's mildly intolerant to them.

There's no real discomfort when they're in my system; just the annoyance of noises and gassiness.

Is there any food I could combine them with so that I can still eat them without suffering from "GRAPE GUTS".

Don't say Rennie or Tums! :o]

I know its a pain but have you tried pealing the grapes.

My Nan loved grapes but the played nurders with her tummy if she ate them with the skin on.

Peeling them put a stop to the problem.

Just a suggestion and maybe worth a try.

Have you tried peeling them? It might be the skin. Also, try a teaspoon of honey before eating the grapes.

i think its the skin you need to write to the man from del monte and tell him that you need skinless grapes,theve got seedless ones it may take off!

peeling them would probably help but its very tricky to do!
i find cucumber has the same effects on me unless i peel it
