I love my sandwich maker, it's the kind that grills a sandwich and seals the sides. I fill mine with cheese, eggs, apple sauce, peanut butter, bananas, chili, all kinds of leftovers, etc. (but not at the same time!) It only takes about 5 minutes to cook and then you are out the door with something hot, healthy and not too messy.

You can buy pre-made breakfast foods such as pancakes, breakfast burritos, egg muffins, etc in the freezer section. They only require a couple minutes in the microwave and most come in multipacks w/ individual wrap. If you pop them in the microwave before your bath/shave they will be cool enough to grab on the way out the door.
You can make your own version of most favorite breakfast dishes and wrap them yourself. This is cheaper but does require more forethought.
IE:
One quick & healthy dish I enjoy is a fruit parfait. All you would have to do is put a serving of the yogurt & dried fruit in a bowl the night before & add granola on the way out the door to keep it from being too soggy.

There are these microwave things that look like a corn dog. What it really is, is a breakfast sausage wrapped with the batter of a blueberry pancake. Yumm-o.
Frozen fruit bars are great to grab and go. We think of them as a summer snack, but they make a great breakfast for when it's not too cold outside.

Personally I'm a fan of the instant breakfast smoothie in the morning. You can blend chocolate instant breakfast with a banana and a little lowfat yogurt the night before. Then, grab your cup and run in the morning!

You can get some microwave bacon and a slice of cheese on an english muffin, poptarts, cereal bars, fruit and grain bars, frozen sausage biscuits, they have sausage wrapped in pancakes that look like corn dogs in the frozen section of the grocery stores. Another thought would be a piece of fruit.

you could try making a breakfast sandwich... make a biscuit using bisquick, very easy and not time consuming (2cups bisquick, 1/2 water and bake until golden brown) and then maybe just add your fav. toppings, and have it ready to go for you? hope this helps!
