i meant the flesh. like a pork might have some visible fat, but does wild fish have visible fat? i ate snow fish today at a resaurant, and part of it taste kind of chewy.

I had some in Maryland at a friend's house and she got them at the commissary. I went to our commissary here and nothing... none of the local markets have them. I am in South Eastern VA.

I like grilled peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and pickles on nacho's, salami with hot sauce (ya, that's it, no bread), salami with cream cheese and a pickle (wrapped up of course)....no im not pregnant, although one might think! :)

Is it true that you should limit your fish and other seafood intake due to amount of methyl mercury contained in some varieties? If so, which kinds of fish should you try to stay away from? And if consumed excessively, what would/could the outcome be? I eat ALOT of broiled/baked fish, should I be concerned? How about over time if I continue to eat it on a regular basis?
