Tell her that eating habits may change due to puberty. As the body produces more hormone it naturally needs more energy to do this. She will gain some weight and it will hardly be noticeable. Exercise can help in losing weight. Also tell her that you've been in this stage of your life and that everybody naturally undergoes it as it is a part of growing up. Good luck!

When I was a teenager, I would eat more than my mum and dad put together. I could easily close down a buffet restaurant. I had a very high metabolism and could eat at a buffet restaurant twice a day and never gain weight.

Yes, as their bodies change their appetite becomes like a hoover vaccum. They eat anything and everything. It's not how much you eat that is important. It's what you eat.

Of Course!!!! As children grow, they need more food to have energy to do things. The good thing is that their metabolizm is high so they wont become fat easily, no matter how much they eat.

they all do, they are going to eat more because their bodies will change and need more energy,though only earn a few pounds but they will be used for energy they are growing and going to diffeerent stages such as depression,stress, and her personality can change
