i meant the flesh. like a pork might have some visible fat, but does wild fish have visible fat? i ate snow fish today at a resaurant, and part of it taste kind of chewy.

most fish are lean and meaty... but some do get 'fat.'

All fish contains omega 3 which are fatty acids and some have more than others but it is good for you

it is the good kind of fat (and in healthy, low amounts). Wild salmon has the really healthy kind with omega fatty acids. not researched info. though- just from my own understanding...
