i know that ensure plus is high in calories and fat, but bacon is high in fat, so i wondered which one is better?

Without doubt, Ensure Plus is better than bacon.
I have used Ensure Plus and so have some of my close friends. If you have no weight problem, Ensure will energize you faster than bacon.

DEFINITELY Ensure plus is healthier. It is PACKED full of vitamans and minerals, and is very complete nutrition. But you should still enjoy bacon now and then..........everything in moderation is the way to go!

If given the choice between life and bacon, I'd choose bacon
I belive that bacon is it's own food groop and should be recognized for the amazing pig product it is.
