I went grocery shopping yesterday and packed my freezer pretty full. (I need to clean some stuff out, but didn't have time.) This morning I woke up and the door was a couple of inches open. Some food toward the front had started to thaw. I was in a hurry to go to work and so I just closed it and left. How do I know if anything is spoiled? (It was open a max of 8 hours, hopefully less.)

i'm thinking about buying this indoor grill because of the removable plates and good ratings but i have a few questions to those who have already own one currently. its on sale for 49.99 right now.

1)How exactly do you use it to grill?
2)I saw the picture, are you supposed to put the meat on the bottom grill, and closed the top grill lid down on it to cook the meat?
3)Could you just leave the top grill open so you can watch the meat cook on the bottom grill and turn the meat over to cook both sides evenly?
4)Whats the normal way to do cook it?
5)What are all the items included in the box?
6) Is there any difference between the grill models GRP4P(silver) & GRP4(white) besides the color of it?
7) Whats the simplest way of washing the plates?

Does anyone know the best way to make chocolate covered fruit. I have tried and cant get the fruit to stay on the chocolate and harden. Any ideas?

The kids at church are having a bake sale to raise money for camp. I'm planning to bake some stuff with my 11 year old. I thought maybe a chocolate cake, some bread (in the bread machine), and some snickerdoodle cookies. But I'd love to hear what you think would sell the best - and any ideas you might have for us.
