Some bottled water taste better then some tap water in some area's. Just depending on where you live. But where I am in Oregon Tap water taste better.

The only reason why I would take Bottled water is if the Water line broke and we didn't have any water coming out and we would have to go to the store to get water. Otherwise we Drink tap water since we have nothing wrong.

I ONLY drink out of bottle water. Because tap H2O is NOT good for u @ all. it has chemicals in there that are not good for your body. If u really want to drink out of a bottle, and get NO bad things for ur body, boil it then put it back on the fridge to cool. I am VERY serious, this really does make it taste better, and more healthy for u!

I drink both but I prefer bottled water; it tastes better and it's more convenient--I can take it with me wherever. I suppose I could fill my own water bottle with tap water; and there's nothing wrong with the tap water, but I just like bottled better. Also when I was pregnant, I read that bottled water was slightly safer for me to drink b/c tap water varies so much in what minerals or other unknown "ingredients" it may have that may be potentially unsafe for pregnant women. :)

I drink tap water after I have run it through a filter. Cheaper than buying bottled water all of the time.

I drink bottled water mostly because of where I live but also because you never know what is in the water. The only bad thing about drinking bottled water is that you do not get the flouride your teeth need. If that is a problem, talk to your dentist to give you a supplement.

I always drink bottled water at work...the water that comes out of the faucet is brownish and most bottled water has been filtered. I drink tap water at home because I've seen the EPA data on our water and it is healthy. I love Figi bottled water and drink it all the time.

Tap. Not to sound like an insane tree hugger, but think of all the pollution bottled water causes: Everything involved in shipping the water to you (transportation from the factory and consumers driving to the store) and the empty plastic bottles piling up in landfills.

I drink purified bottled water. Tap water and spring water don't have parasites filtered out of them.

Dear Apapllion: First, I want to state that I live in Los Angeles, California. We get our water from different sources, including the Colorado River. Some years ago, in the 1990s, we had a mishap around one of our Northern sources of water. A large supply of insecticide ended up in our waters (fresh water) and we were warned about it for awhile. But our Department of Water and Power began "mixing" our water sources together, combining them to ensure the ratio of insecticide - " parts per million" was lowered to acceptable standards.

I switched to bottled water and never returned to the tap. Even hated taking baths and showers with it. The bottled water I have available to me is 1 gallon at 99 cents. It is from springs in the High Sierras and tastes so pure and delicious - there is no comparing tap with it. Look for health food stores like Whole Foods Markets in your own areas, and you will find it on their shelves. Any health food market carries mountain spring brands for acceptable prices. I cook with spring water also. I use about 1 gallon per day.

Best regards, Lana
