I left about 20 seperate pints of orange juice in the car last night and I am wondering if I can still drink it. It was been relatively mild for the most part, temperature ranging from 40-55.

The temperature danger zone is between 40F and 140F, 4 hour limit.
Anything left out in that temperature range is subject to bacteria growth. My advice, I have a sanitation certificate, is, sorry toss it, it is not worth the risk.

in case you had an orange on your fruit bowl for a month do you think of it would look very appetising?? it would in all probability have mildew on it. So no i do no longer think of it relatively is secure to drink...pregnant or no longer! The lemonade must be ok nonetheless.

As long as it was pasteurized and wasn't opened, it would probably be OK. Orange Juice is unmistakable when it goes bad.
