I have a recipie that calls for boneless, skinless chicken. It says to put them in the bottom of the pot, do I have to cut them up or do you think they will just fall apart themselves after cooking all day? Im assuming put them in whole?

We are supposed to drink 8x8oz of water per day.
Does milk, tomato juice, beer, etc. substitute for water? I've had conflicting reports from 'experts'. What do the experts on 'Yahoo Answers' say?

I bought 5 absolutely fabulous looking oranges at the local Farmer's Boy. They would've been accepted for sale at Harrod's Food Store I'm sure! Once peeled however, they were dry and brittle. No juice at all.
Is there a way of telling what they're like inside, by studying the outside?

Living in Japan the thought occurred to me, that as a child. Breakfast was only cereal, eggs, meat and pork. We never ate vegetables - now for 10 years, living in japan - i cant remeber the last time i had meat for breakfast - why are we bred not to eat Vegetables for breakfast in the USA - give me some examples from common restaraunt items for Vegetables other than a western omelette
and on another note -
japanese often eat Miso, konbu (seaweed), a katsuo dashi (bonita/jackmackeral)consumme) for soup, Natto -fermented soybean curd) - no wonder japanese are thin and have less heart disease than americans who feast on cheese, eggs, white breads, suasages, bacon, margerine (Dbl gross) = i am surely ranting - i am ranting

I eat long pasta (tagliatelle and spaghetti types) with a fork and spoon - rolling it onto the spoon using the fork.

With noodles I try really hard not to cut them (the Chinese think this would be bad luck) but eat with a knife and fork rather than chopsticks.

How do you eat such food?

If you are like me, as we head into the holiday season and it gets chilly outside, I get a warm rememberance and comfort from certain types of food and beverages. Things I enjoy are eggnog lattes, peppermint mochas, hot soup in a bread bowl, fresh hot baked goods from the oven etc.. What are some of the foods/drinks that you enjoy most during this time of the year?
