I eat long pasta (tagliatelle and spaghetti types) with a fork and spoon - rolling it onto the spoon using the fork.

With noodles I try really hard not to cut them (the Chinese think this would be bad luck) but eat with a knife and fork rather than chopsticks.

How do you eat such food?

I break my spaghetti or noodles in half before boiling. That way it's not as messy to eat. And I just use a fork, and don't need to cut them any further.

At a restaurant, I just twirl with a fork as daintily as I can (with occasional slurping).
