Nuts, grains, vegetables, fruit, lean meats, low fat dairy products, fish. That's all I can think of.

I'm reading a really good book called "YOU: The Owners Manual" by Dr.'s Oz and Rozien. It's very informative and written in a way that everyone can understand.

1st, try the advance search you might find the answer

for me

- bread
- dairy (whatever to provides you with the vitamin)
- whatever that includes vitamins c (orange, lemon,..)
- Green vegis (procli is very important)
- fruites
