best rib. lol Sorry, no rooster going at right here. Rib roast and Yorkshire pudding is a Christmas holiday custom for us and has been for generations. we've turkey on thanksgiving, distinctive human beings, distinctive traditions. How does turkey placed you in a Christmas temper? lol
