Raisin bran of course because it's high in fiber and it loaded with iron. vitamin b complex which would make it a more healthier choice for the body.

Obviously Raisin Bran! It has so much fiber and vitamins-plus the fruit (raisins). I think they sugar up the raisins a bit, but who cares! At least it gives u energy!

Raisin Bran because it's whole grain has raisins which are good for you. I actually just had Raisin Bran for breakfast...very good!

A better choice would be oatmeal, or cheerios. Otherwise I think the raisin bran for the fiber would be better.

I could take a look at some of the Fiber One cereals as a substitute. They may have plenty extra fiber to hold you complete longer. Corn is typically starch (carbs) and may not be a hearty breakfast regardless of the upload-ins. You are much more likely to splurge on a starchy or sugary snack when you've got a mild breakfast like that. Number-clever it is low however you might discover bigger offerings.

i think raisen bran is better for you because it has fruit in it, less sugar, and whole grain. also it is less calories.
