I want to know what's in Pespi that's bad for you.

It is extremely high in sugar.

It has caffeine.

It has no nutritional value whatsoever.

The carbonation factor makes it produce acid, which could be damaging to you esophogus and intestines.

If the Pepsi is Diet Pepsi then it has an artifical sweetener which could be bad if you drink it too often, but even if you drink it only occasionally the artificial sweeteners often cause intestinal problems such as diarrhea.

With the exception of the caffeine, which not all soda has, everything else applies to all sodas.

The next time you have battery acid build up on your car battery pour some pepsi on it and see what happens, the same thing happens to your inside.

It's very very bad, if you drink a lot of it try not drinking it for a while and see how different you feel

There are only two things in any cola that can harm you. Sugar or corn syrup & caffiene.
This why they make the alternate versions of every cola out there.

The rest is actually beneficial as bicarbonate (the fizz) helps with upset stomach and other gastro-intestinal problems. The floride in it helps your teeth (unless it also has sugar/corn syrup, then it balances out.)

Drink up it is harmless in small amounts.

Mainly calories in the form of sugar. Diet sodas have aspertame, which is not good. In older women, it acts as a catalyst for osteoporosis.

It is carbonated, carfeinated and sweetened with plenty of sugar. It is not good for gastro, weight-problem and diabetic patients. It is not pepsi alone but all other soft drinks, too.

sugar-erodes tooth enamel to give you...teeth decay!!!
-calories that add to bodyweight
-"suger high"-sudden influx of large amount of sugar into your
body energises you awhile, but they're "digested" as quickly,
leaving you feeling more lethargic, and worse than ever.

"empty calories"-ditch one bottle of soft dirink each day=ditch about 200-300kcal each day=ditch even 1400-2100kcal each week=ditch nearly 1/2kg or 1 pound each week.
Without even doing anything much!!!
---Do you really need the extra calories and fat???

Acid-"eats away" at you intestinal,oesophagus wall-wanna get cancer?;)

caffeine-makes you ADDICTED to the drink, so all the above, and more, will happen to you;)
