Me and my roommate have had this ongoing argument about how long milk last after it has been open. I (and all of our friends) say its good till the expiration date, he says that it will only last about three days after you open it no matter when it expires, then he tries throwing it away. In which I usually stop him and use it until its gone (without ever getting sick). I hope this will help settle this once and for all. Thanks.

I was wondering if there were any other Rachael Ray fans out there, from her new talk show to her shows on the Food Network? Tell us your favorite Rachael story, did she get you to enjoy cooking again? I'm 30 years old and just now starting to cook for myself for the first time and loving it. I love her 30 minute meals. I wish she would make meals though for the single person because I do find her meals to be a bit big for the single person. I record her talk show every day and watch it when I get home from work, so far my favorite one is the one with Dr. Phil. How do you think she is doing? Hope to hear from other Rachael Ray fans! =)

I've been playing the best chance game online using the code from game peice. I have noticed 2 times that the amount rolled on the dice isnt always where your peice lands. 2 times i was going to land on a property that I needed and both times it stopped on the property before. Has anyone else experienced this?

I am making up the christmas baskets to be given out to our clients but just looking for some suggestions as to what to put into them. At the moment have got a nice bottle of red and white wine. Last year did biscuts, choclates and teddy. Any suggestions on nice biscuts/choclates would be welcome.

While those who post blatantly offensive "Questions" like "How many calories are there in a load of jism." don't have their questions removed nor any action taken against them, despite lots of people, like me, giving them the thumbs down and reporting Abuse!? In the past couple of months that I've come here, I've got to level 5 with, literally, hundreds of "Best Answers" chosen by Askers who even e-mailed me to say "Thanks". But when I reacted to jerks like these, especially the Islamic Fundamentalists who mocked Americans and Christianity in thinly vieled absolutely insulting "Questions" and "Answers", not only did Yahoo Answers not do anything about them , despite so many of us giving them the thumbs down and reporting abuse, but people like me got "Violation Notices"!? For, believe it or not, "Insulting Other Participants"!? It's OK for the Islamic jerks to insult all of us, but it's not OK for the rest of us to react? I'm saying "Good Bye "!? Let them keep the jerks.

I'm 36 and currently work as a business manager. Over the past couple of years I've grown to hate the hum drum of office life and I really want (and need!!!) a drastic change.

When I was 17 I trained as a baker and confectioner I spent 7 years working in a brilliant bakery near where I lived. I even became assistant room manager at the age of 22, which was unheard of not just because of my age but because I'm female! I had to leave my job when I was 24 as I was going through a divorce and I couldn't keep getting my son up at stupid o'clock as he was going to start school. So hands on hard physical work is not an alien concept to me.

I know I could enrol at the same college I did my bakery course at to train but I would prefer to do on the job training as I know I would learn more and be more of an asset.
I love food and cooking and without being big headed I am pretty good at it.
Anyone got any thoughts on this?? Or has anyone got a place that would be willing to take me on??
