Fish, carrots, avocado, and any other foods rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin E.

citris fruit (especially lemons)
Fish.
Foods rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin C.
Food rich in Vitamin E
regular shower.
Cranberry juice is great for hydrating the skin.

ginger purifies the blood and rejuvinates the skin.

Yes its good you know that too much water is not good for your skin. Other neccesities in terms or diet include the proper diet as may be prescribed by your doctor. This becouse different diets serve different ppl in different ways most especially in line with your blood type.for instance a blood type o+'s skin person may graps and fruits nurisheing his skin or apples but it is different for a type B person.

well i dont know about the food but you should ALWAYS drink a lot of water. The water just gets rid of all of the toxins in your body. My nutritionist told me that and it really helped and cleared my skin. Just drink a lot of water. I mean that is not going to fully clear the problem but it will help. And it is good for you. =]

Any fresh fruit and veg especially organic. As long as you cut out all the sweet, fatty foods and alcohol from your diet, your skin will be glowing.

A healthy well balanced diet, lots of fruit and veg. Junk food like chocolate, pizza, crisp etc is uber bad. Coffee is bad too.

The usual fruit/veg, but eat everything in moderation. I have great skin but do eat choc and crisps, so dont feel you have to miss out.
