I AM a Rachael Ray fan! Her show is a lot "fresher" than the other talk shows out there. In my area it is on at 9 in the morning, so I can get my chores done and get some fun TV at the same time. She is very unpretentious and has some really fun segments. The best thing I have taken from her show is that you don't have to stick to the tried and true. You can mix up jambalaya and pasta or make a soup out of spaghetti. The way she says "I did it this way just because I wanted to or because I like this ingredient" has really got me thinking about how I cook. Now I feel free to experiment and so far so good. It is also nice to have something to motivate me so that I think about dinner before 4 o'clock in the evening. Hope she stays on for a long time!

I also read that in a magazine recently! But in an issue of I think Us Weekly, there was a quote saying that she would be stupid to let him go. Or something like that because she thinks hes a hot lawyer and a rockstar. I am too a Rachael Ray fan and hopes that everything works out for her and her husband!

While I'm not her biggest fan, I've been watching her for years too. I even have a couple of her cookbooks and a t-shirt. I used to hate her, until I heard an interview with her. She has no formal culinary training, and look where she is now! I love the fact that she isn't afraid to mess up once in a while, it shows we're all human and not perfect like the fancier chefs. That got me to respect her and like her more. She's a very smart gal.

It's nice to she someone like Rachael make simple but hearty enjoyable meals.
I think she's attractive as is Giada.

I am not a fan of Ray but if she gets you younger ladies to want to cook for yourselves and your families then I say 'Good for her!' Because cooking is fun. More ladies should do it!

I beg to differ: She's depressingly 'spunky'. Never shuts up, never stops pulling that face-cracking smile. Call it bubbly; I call it obnoxious. She's like wasabi, in that a tiny bit of her goes a very, very long way.
I prefer Martha's style, honestly.
