a sandwich can be healthy, but just because the bread is brown don't mean it is good for you! Make sure to read the labels, it has to have whole grains and more than 2 grams of fiber per slice. Otherwise your getting lots of bad carbohydrates and sugar. Tomato and lettuce are good, try adding some fresh spinach and sprouts, that will complete a good sandwich and don't forget the milk!!!

Yeah, as long as you stick to the wholemeal bread and no mayonnaise!!! Chicken breasts are really low in fat. You could have a wholemeal pittabread sandwich instead, too many sandwiches get boring!!! Egg and cress on wholemeal is really healthy as well.

Also, use flora light instead of butter to spread the sandwiches with. Hope this helps!!! :-)
