Some cereals are. Just read the labels, you want whole grain low carb low salt...there are some instant oatmeals out there that are great tasteing and good for you. Good luck...

The best for losing weight is cooked oatmeal with a bit of brown sugar in it but no butter. Eat that every morning and it will help you lose. Keep the grape consumption to a minimum. About as many as will cover your palm is a good sized serving.

Cereals aren't really that healthy !! They're mere carbs !! Eat rather healthier crabs, like whole wheat bread...etc
Fruits and vegetables are actually the healthiest thing to eat, u can eat from them as much as u want and never get fat !! Proteins are important too, but shouldn't form the basis of ur diet, cause they're harder to digest than vegies and fruits !!

Grapes can be a nice snack if you are trying to lose weight. Put some in the freezer for a while and when they are frozen, they are very yummy. Just having something sweet and cold in your mouth makes your hunger decrease and you can eat alot of them since they have few calories etc.

yes cereal are good for us. exactly if you look in a food pie you could see that the grains is the most we have to eat everyday.
