While those who post blatantly offensive "Questions" like "How many calories are there in a load of jism." don't have their questions removed nor any action taken against them, despite lots of people, like me, giving them the thumbs down and reporting Abuse!? In the past couple of months that I've come here, I've got to level 5 with, literally, hundreds of "Best Answers" chosen by Askers who even e-mailed me to say "Thanks". But when I reacted to jerks like these, especially the Islamic Fundamentalists who mocked Americans and Christianity in thinly vieled absolutely insulting "Questions" and "Answers", not only did Yahoo Answers not do anything about them , despite so many of us giving them the thumbs down and reporting abuse, but people like me got "Violation Notices"!? For, believe it or not, "Insulting Other Participants"!? It's OK for the Islamic jerks to insult all of us, but it's not OK for the rest of us to react? I'm saying "Good Bye "!? Let them keep the jerks.

Hmmm. I notice someone has already given me a thumbs down! Must be the sosta or the salak. If you think that I'm justified in asking this question, please give me the thumbs up. Let's give these guys a reckoning.

There seems to be a large problem with people using the abuse reporting system to get answers they do not like removed. This is occurring even when answers do not openly violate the TOS policy. People are also violating resolved questions in order to get a users best answers removed. There is a huge debate raging on this issue on the Yahoo Answers Message Forum with numerous posts daily regarding it. Yahoo Answers staff continues to defend their actions on the Forum, but often choose not to answer the real problems with system, but rather only those they can explain away as actual violations. Hopefully some good will come out of this debate and possibly make the system more responsive to user concerns, but I am not holding my breath waiting for it.

There is not a collection quantity. If you are not conversant in the Guidelines for this web page, you must learn them (hyperlink, backside of the web page). They are not all "no junk mail, no porn" a few of them are subtler. If, after studying them, you continue to consider you were not in violation of them, click on Forum, best correct of web page, then Wrongful Deletions and make your case there. Staff will verify into it and get again to you. It is not handiest your Answers account that is in jepordy, however your whole Yahoo Accounts, adding e-mail. If you may have been violating instructions, train your self so you do not at some point; if you have not, you may have a troll when you and must transparent this quandary up. They will move after the troll, as a substitute than you.
