brekkie? Is that supposed to mean breakfast? Even if you're trying to lose wight, breakfast should include a serving of protein, a serving of whole grains, a serving of dairy, and a serving of fruit. Like: 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 Cup of Grape Nuts, 1 Cup of non-fat/soy milk, and a small orange. Dairy can be very useful when dieting. It helps you to feel more full and satisfied. Its also very versatile...you can drink it as milk, eat it as cheese, or yogurt.

Now a days they are doing the whole 3 a day. Drink milk or include dairy into your diet 3 times a day and with diet and exercise it could help you to loose weight. Also there is the whole 24 ounces of milk in a 24 hour period.

Skimmed or lowfat milk is good for the health, a complete meal in itself, but should still be consumed in moderation. They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so, I think that having milk first is a good way to start one´s day!

I think milk is a good way to loose weight. Especially skim or low fat 2%.

Believe it or not, I went to a trainer and Ithought I was going to have to drink skim or 2%, he recommended whole, so did all the books he gave me! I was shocked but it worked, And yogurt is a really good thing to have for breakfast or snack!

Depends on how/what your diet is? If you're counting calories like weight watchers, milk is usually pretty low.
