I'm assuming the answer to this is probably yes, but i thought i'd ask and check. I have some fresh mushrooms but theres far too many for me to eat by myself before they go off, so is it ok to freeze the rest of them and just defrost them before i need them?

I have come up with two things so far. War(civil/national) and cannibalism. Oh, and political corruption, but that exists either way. Please be sure to add the reason why you think...whatever you think.

Why is there always mayo in ready-made sandwiches? Even when it shouldn't be there, like in a Ploughmans or Cheese n Pickle. Anyone think that it's just wrong? Why can't they just attach a sachet of mayo to the pack so you can add it if you like it?
