Depends on the person. The rule is about 3 days with no water. But it depends how fast you are dehydrating. Juice has sugar in it which your body needs to produce energy. Therefore you would last a long time. If you only had water the rule is about three weeks to a month. But as I said before it depends on the person and what kind of physical condition they are in.
This is from a survival guide:
Humans can live for several weeks without food, but only about three days without water. A typical person will lose 2-3 liters of water per day in ordinary conditions, but more in very hot or dry weather. A lack of water causes dehydration, resulting in lethargy, headaches, dizziness, confusion, and eventually death. Even mild dehydration impairs concentration, which is dangerous in a survival situation where clear thinking is essential. Dark yellow or brown urine indicates dehydration. Because of these risks, a safe supply of drinking water must be located as soon as a shelter is built (or even before, depending on conditions).

This would depend entirely upon the nature of the juice.

The water, unless polluted, would prevent dehydration and may contain a few minerals, but the quality and nature of the juice would determine if the person would live for minutes or decades.

Juice from hemlock, digitalis, caster bean plant or toxic mushrooms would be fatal very soon after consumption.

Juices from healthy fruits and vegetables, especially if they retained some raw fiber, would probably be better for the person than whatever they are eating now (in terms of a typical American diet).

If it does not have to be the exact same juice (especially like nothing but cider) and one could determine what fruit or vegetable could be consumed, then there is nothing preventing the person from getting everything they need in their diet.

Depends on how much body fat they had. Drinking only water without any vitamins they would come down with various diseases like scurvy but with proper supplements they could go on fairly well until they exhausted their fat supply. They would lose a lot of muscle too since you can't make protein from fat and the body needs protein to repair muscle. A fully grown man could survivve until he reached 80-100 lbs

That someone would die on normal old age or some other disease like any other normal eating person.

With water and fruit juices you are serving yourself all the necessary ingridients to live normally.
