I love childrens 1p and 2p sweets, is there more of you out there?

I remember when you could by half a 1p sweet for 1/2p!!!!!!!!!! I love them as well, but haven't had any in years! You have got me craving them now!
I like the little white chocolate fish and chips, I think they are more like 5p now??? Refreshers, jellies, chocolate cups, shrimps, dummies, buttons with hundreds and thousands on....Mmmmmmm

Yes! I can remember when they were 1/2 p and I could get 20 sweets with my 10p pocket money (circa 1985).
I'm more keen on Haribo's now but still love penny sweets!

yup i still often go to the telegraph shop and buy 20p mixed bags of penny sweets... mmm yummy! BHS does a grreeaat pick and mix called the candy king, you should go and give it a try... thats if you live in england or else you would never heard of BHS!?!

Love them.
And pick 'n' mix from Woolies, never pick the adults version, always the kids mix with chews, cola bottles etc.

Yeah, Fruit Salad chews, they used to be 4 for a penny! And those disgusting flying saucers that were made of rice paper!

I have a wholesalers account so when I buy work things, I also buy myself a big box of sweets for going.
