As do I. It is warm and crispy, and a perfect place for jelly to lay.

I usually have to leave early in the morning, so if I have a bowl of cereal, I'm starving my the time I get to university. I need some tasty, quick, preferable healthy ideas that I can use, something that will fill me and tide me over at least until mid-morning.

I need some new ideas for heading back to university. I usually leave early in the morning, so I need something that will last in my bag for a few hours without being squished or going soggy. And not PB&J or lunch meats. I am so sick of those after some 15 years. Also, what about snack ideas? Just something to tide me over in between classes.

I hold it in the middle with my fingertips, but the people I've noticed on TV, in movies, and in real life drink bottled drinks gripping the neck. Am I in the minority here?

Currently, I will be starting a new school year of university studies at a new university that I recently transferred to. I have a few long days of classes per week at university, but I don't have time or money to buy lunch and dine at the school's cafeteria and/or on-campus restaurants. Yet, I only have less than a few hours of spare time on my long day of classes. I bought some bottled spring water, (dry) grain snack bars, and listerine pocket packs. Is there anything else you may recommend for a healthy snack, for someone in my situation; and that won't make my stomach sick, will probably satisfy my hunger, and won't make my breath bad? Serious answers ONLY! Thanks you very much!

What does this substance do?

Why is it not used any more?

Does it have any negative health effects?
