Guys, I need you comment about the foods or sweets that you want to partner with tea (either cold or hot). I want to make a tea business someday, please help.

some kind of cookie, not too sweet. i love garibaldis (from the uk) or shortbread cookie

Opening a tea shop sounds great. I think you can find books on the subject. Also, try checking the Food Network's Web site for recipes. I would serve some sweet and savory tea sandwiches, scones, and some short bread cookies.
