Yep, there's blue corn and the potatoes.Mostly found in chip form. You can find most of those products in a natural health food store. From the corn, there's blue corn meal. I tried it once for a thanksgiving dinner. i didn't make the bread correctly, so it was flop. I'm sure if I would have put in the butter and milk it would have been just the same as the yellow, just different because of the color.

You are correct in stating that blueberries and blue potatoes are the only true blue foods that are not tinted. There exists a Pacific coast fish known as the Capazan that has a bluish-turquoise uncooked flesh. Humans normally will not partake of blue foods. Our eyes and senses have been trained by evolution to recognize anything blue or black as having been infested by mold. Studies have shown that persons lose weight if they are fed food only colored blue...the subjects in these experiments showed normal evolutionary reactions to the blue tinted food by being repulsed by it. Persons who regulary eat in blue rooms and off of blue dishware also can possibly pare off some excess weight...one only had to be aware of one's being full and not overdoing it!
However, the blue foods that exist have a wealth of antioxidants in the form of cyano-compounds. Wild blueberries are the highest sources of antioxidants known to nutritionists at this time.
I eat 1 cup of blueberries nightly. These are the frozen wild blueberries from my grocer. I am happy to report that my metabolic blood values are excellent. My sinuses also are "happy"...antioxidants from these wild blueberries are excellent anti-inflammatory agents!
