Honey...period.
It does not go bad...ever. It crystallizes, but is perfectly edible.

Several factors enter in to the ability of honey to be stored for long periods of time without it spoiling. First, its high sugar content (about 80 percent by weight) makes it difficult for microorganisms to grow in it, as the osmotic pressure differential between the honey and the microbes results in the honey drawing out the water from these organisms and thus dessicating them. (Also, honey is hygroscopic in nature, drawing water out of the atmosphere when humidity is high, and thus must be kept in sealed containers to assure keeping quality.) Secondly, honey is quite acidic, too much so for most bacteria to thrive; and thirdly, bees add an enzyme (glucose oxidase) to honey that reacts with glucose to produce hydrogen peroxide and gluconic acid, both of which have an antibacterial effect (see http://www.medbc.com/annals/review/vol_14/num_1/text/vol14n1p22.htm).
Hope this helps,

according to history Honey was discovered in the egytion burial sites, so that is probably the all time winner. Even if it crytalizes it can be brought back to it's origional form by simply heating it.
