I love that cheese dip....anyone know how to make it at home? I THOUGHT you used milk, butter and monterrey jack cheese. But I tried those in a combination and it wasn't really good :P Does someone have a good recipe or know how to make it?

I asked this in the "cooking & recipes" category (didn't see the "ethnic cuisine" category) and I'm not getting the answer I'm looking for! Please help with some real answers!!

Went to a (Mexican) friend's house for dinner and they had skirt steak that was put on tortillas, that's it (so simple and soo good). They had a green sauce and a red sauce. How do you make the sauces? And what's the difference between the red and green? How do you cook the meat?

She's visiting family in Mexico and then going on vacation for the next six weeks. Otherwise, I would ask her!

My friend has never tried it and I love Indian food. She's really picky and I 'm afraid she won't appreciate it as much as I do....

and chutney for the top. Please does anyone have authentic instructions on how to make this? I had it years ago made by someone who lived in India and made it for me I lovvvveee it. It was a vegetarian dish, the rice was nice and spicy/warm, chutney was real fruity and she set out toppings for it but i dont remember what they were. I lost track of my friend so I cannot ask her for the recipe. Thank you in advance:)

What factors motivate diners to go to a restaurant in the first place and to keep going back?

We need to ensure maximum 'bums on seats' for our soon-to-launch restaurant.
