As mentioned earlier by some one on the same site that there are many kind of natural vinegars-- i want to know where & which price they are available--

Although vinegar is made from Black Berries ( Jamun) and also from the grapes and molasses etc, these things have almost become rare; hence unavailable, these days. The white vinegar now available in the market is a dilution of Acetic Acid, Glacial.

You can substitute Lemon juice for Vinegar,in equal quantities.I know of cider vinegar,that is made from apple juice..not sure if it is a natural vinegar.

hmmm... i know only one natural veniger that is lime juice
