What are those really hot red peppers that you find in chinese food called? They're kind of small, about an inch or so, and really really hot.

My girlfriend has a set of Wustof knives that I thought were sharp until I tried to slice fish with them. I'm looking for a sushi knife, obviously the less expensive the better, but I'm not opposed to spending a few hundred dollars if I must. There are tons of "sushi" knives on the internet, but I want to know what BRAND is good. Thanks

I've been trying these recipes online and then i always get these plain, yucky flans! They taste like plastic and aren't sweet. Any suggestions, because i'm dying for some good flan. I'm not looking for fat-free, i'm looking for "OMG, this is the BEST FLAN EVER!" recipes. Quesillo is another name for it.
