Japanese. Many people only think of raw fish when it comes to Japanese cuisine. However, there is a lot of variety in Japanese cooking. You can have something light and delicate like sushi or sashimi. or something more hearty like tonkatsu (breadded deep fried pork), teriyaki, tempura, sukiyaki, or oden (a type of stew). There are also noodle dishes like udon, somen (thin cold noodle), or yakisoba (Japanese style chow mein). See.. Japanese food is more than sushi and teriyaki!

Hainanese chicken rice sold in Singapore. You can buy it anywhere in Singapore from the humble marketplace hawker stalls to the prestigious eatery in a 5 star hotel. It is really delicious and is enjoyed by asians and others alike.

Thai food would be Tom Yum the spicy shrimp soup
Indonesian food would be bakso (meatball soup), soto (chicken/beef noodle soup), rendang (spicy beef stew), satay (either chicken or beef, extra with the peanut sauce, yum yum), etc
Vietnamese would be pho bo (beef noodle soup)
Japanese would be sushi (from my own kitchen though)
Chinese food would be chapcay (stir fried veggies), mee goreng (fried noodle), nasi goreng (fried rice), peking duck (but i perfer not too greasy one)
Indian food would be most of the food that they served on their buffet menu especially Jamun (the sweet dessert), tika masala (chicken), etc
Korean food would be bulgogi (beef strips)

I love japanese food, especially Gyoza-penos they are only found in Northern Japan as a spin on a more common Cheese Gyoza.

I'd say sushi, simply due to the potential from the variety of fillings complimented by the yummy sticky rice and crisp salty seaweed.
