I know the initial cost of liquor is determined by how long it aged PRIOR to being bottled. But is there any appreciation once its bottled? If so, how would I find out how much they might be worth? If not, is it okay to just drink them?

My father and myself have asked this question after watching 'The Departed' and there is one scene with a nun drinking beer (or so it seems). I know nuns can smoke, but are they allowed to have a pint?

I feel like the only woman out there who loves Martinis. And when I say martini I mean grey goose vodka with a splash of vermouth and garnished with olives.
Are there any other ladies who love the classic martini?
If not, what's your favourite drink (guys can answer too)?

I posted this question under spirits because I always hear people pick out distinct flavors when tasting wine. I've heard oak, butter, chocolate and even leather. Or when tasting beer, some can taste the hops ect. Dr. Pepper claims to have a blend of 23 flavors. What do you taste?
