Vodka and any kind of juice or mix of juices over ice is refreshing and delicious.
Also vodka and red bull.

Razberry Vodka with 7 up! Yummy!
French Martini - 1 parts Vanilla vodka, 1 part Chambord (rasberry liquer) and 1 part pinapple juice - very very good!!
Apple Martini - 2 parts Vodka, 1 part Apple Pucker (and if you like, a splash of 7 up .. personally I dont like the 7up added but lots of people do!)

My two favorite vodka drinks are a Bullfrog (a shot of vodka in a glass of lemonade) and a caramel apple martini.
