alirght - get ready for a treat!

Start off with your fav jello flavour, I generally use orange.
1 pack orange jello mix (use sugar-free, we'll get enough cals from the alcohol!)

1 shots peach schnapps
2 shots vodka
1 shot malibu
1 cup hot water.

powder packages of jello usually call for 2 cups water.
use 1 cup boiling water to dissolve the jelly. Let the dissolved jelly cool a little and add the alcohol mix. Add a little water to get 2 full cups of mixture. cool in fridge.

If you are in UK - serve in individual bowls and add a jaffa cake to each jello (esp if you are using orange flavour). If you are in another country - go to a UK grocery store and get jaffa cakes - you will not regret it!

VODKA JELLY
Vodka Jelly is not hard to make, it's just a case of getting your quantities right! If you don't, it just won't set.

Any jelly mix will do fine, strawberry and raspberry are obvious favourites. Any brand of Vodka will also do just fine.

Basically you mix the jelly as you would normally, only using 80% of the recommended liquid. Substitute 40% of the liquid for vodka, and the remaining 40% hot water, and mix until all jelly has melted away. Pour into ice cube containers, shot glasses, or a bowl will suffice and allow to set in the fridge. It depends on your fridge, but a few hours should be fine - but make well in advance.

Next is the fun part....drinking it. Well it's not so much drinking it as letting it slide down your throat. Don't worry you won't taste the vodka in it, the jelly is nice though. Don't eat too much, remember how much vodka is in it.

You can also try this recipe with Rum, although I wouldn't recommend the 80% alc rum, which I brought back from St. Lucia .
