Food & Drink - 24 December 2007

I am not Italian but have friends that are, and on Christmas eve, their family would have a dinner that consisted of 7 different dishes of various fish. Some of my memories of these dishes were

Shrimp Scampi
Broiled Scallops
Baccala
Pasta with a Tuna Sauce
Fried Smelt
Stuffed Squid

Anybody out there doing something like this tonight?

Today is my Birthday, I took out my Christmas ham jester day and it feels frozen? It's pre-cooked. Would it be o.k. to defrost it in the microwave and how long? Its weight is about 15 pounds.

i have a 7.5 boneless beef ribeye rib roast and need some help. i have my recipe so that's not the problem . i made 2 last year for x-mas and they turned out great . my problem is i cannot remember if i covered it or cooked it uncovered . can anyone help ?? i hope as i'm puting it in around 1:00 c.t
