It's practically impossible to have 200 proof alcohol outside of a laboratory. 200 proof alcohol will actually drain moisture from the humidity in the air and level off at 191.2 proof. Everclear is 190 proof and is the highest proof alcohol you can buy.
At that proof what you are drinking is completely flavorless near pure alcohol. It's a pointless drink unless you want to get messed up in which case it's probably pretty much the best choice. Any 100+ proof alcohols on the market (and there are plenty) would be a better choice for a present because they would do the job fast and at least would taste halfway decent.

If someone offers you 200 proof alcohol, run away. The only way to get alcohol that "pure" renders it poisonous. Everclear, if you can buy it in your state, is likely the highest proof you can get. Or it might be Spiritus, a Polish vodka, that runs 190 proof or so. Incidentally, either could be fatal.
Are you sure that you want only one drink on Xmas? Why not enjoy the holiday?

Grain alcohol (Everclear or Graves) is the strongest, at 190-200 proof. Having the most alcohol by volume, it will do what you ask. Moonshine, Goldshlager, any kind of vodka, and Long Island Iced Tea (one of my favorites) will not get you drunker any quicker. It's all about the alcohol.
I don't recommend you do this. It tastes foul drinking it straight, it's harsh, and it will probably make you vomit (which will be even harsher then drinking it). I have drank shots of it, and believe me, it's a performance I won't repeat.
Why do you need this? Use moderation. I don't know your situation, and I don't want to preach, but please.....enjoy yourself and the holiday wisely....
Merry Christmas!

Diesel is the highest grain liquor. 190 proof. It has a diesel truck on the cover and it is banned in some states.
Moonshine or Cone liquor in Virginia is very high also tastes just like orange juice...but don't let that fool you ...it also illegal.
I saw this guy drink the end of the bottle and collapse just finishing the end of it...It will put your throat on fire.

Well its not really a single liquor, more like a combination. You could make, I know it sounds funny, but a Gorilla Fart; you take one part Jaeger, one part 151, and one part Goldschlager and mix them in a Texas Jig glass, knock it back, and attempt to stay on your feat, the shot is 100% alcohol, and has been known to cause people to have heart failure after too many shots, like 5. The bars I used to go to would only allow one per person because they knew what the outcome of allowing a person to drink too many could be, had a patron die in there after drinking 4 of them, they autopsy said his heart literally stopped. Or you could drink liquid cocaine; one part Jaeger one part Goldschlager.

Irish Moonshine it is called Poteen, when they make it they dont know how Strong it will be ,it will really blow your Head off. It is made out of Potatoes. It is Illegal to make it, and Stories and Legends have grown up around it.It is mostly made in the West of Ireland ,Galway and Connemara. You can get a Refined Product for the Tourist Market but it is only the same Proof as Whisky 40 Proof.
