It would be OK to defrost it in the micro, but I would not go that route. Micros heat unevenly.
Instead, I would wrap the ham in foil, place it in a baking pan, and let the ham warm slowly in the oven at 170 degrees.
If the ham is completely frozen, this process will take several hours.
The trick is not to heat the ham too quickly or the non frozen parts will dry out.

Submerge it in warm water until it is defrosted. Keep replacing the water to maintain the warm temp. It will get cold as the cold from the ham radiates out. Nuking it is a bad idea in my world. This method will take a fully frozen ham of this size to defrosted in about 6-8 hours more or less. It depends on how diligent you are at keeping the water warm. Just use warm tap water.
Then heat it in an oven until the internal temp hits 155 degrees, for a precooked ham.

No microwave. Cook it on a low temp (250 degrees) for about 3 hours. Then turn it up to normal cooking temp. This will thaw it without drying it out. Not all "pre-cooked" hams are thoroughly cooked and safe to eat. To be safe, make sure it gets to 165 in the coolest part of the meat. If you don't have a meat thermometer, buy one. You DON'T want Trichinosis.

Oh, no need to put in the micro. Yuck. It will thaw fast, leave it out on the counter for a bit. It's precooked, it won't hurt anything. And if it's still a bit frozen when you put it in the oven, no harm, no foul......just a bit longer to warm it through and that is all you're doing with a pre-cooked ham.
Wow, I can't believe the answers you're getting here. Really, this is no big deal, not like it a raw turkey or something.

Do you have a crock pot? If so, place the ham in it. Fill with water 90%, turn on high. Cook it for a few hours, it will be ready to eat, or if you want, then place it in the oven for about a 1/2 hour every 5 lbs.

You could put the ham in the oven on a very low temp, like 150 degrees for about two hours. Check every so often within that two hours if it seems to be unfrozen proceed as normal.
