I am freaking out. I am in Sweden on vacation and I ordered a beef filet thinking it was coming out dark on the outside and pink in the inside but instead the color and texture was reminicent of a chicken breast. However the taste was that of beef. Please, explain. I am confused. I just wanted a nice juicy steak.

I just hope I don't get sick.

I also had the con agra pot pies and now see that Wal Mart doesnt' sell those pot pies anymore.

I'm vegan, so I don't eat anything with milk, but many companies who have dark chocolate lines put milk or butter in them? Why? If someone wants chocolate with milk, why not just have milk chocolate. Plus, the milk completely negates the antioxidants in the chocolate?

Do they think it makes the chocolate taste better?

I want to become a vegetarian because I LOVEE animals to death and I don't want to have to eat them plus I don't like how meat tastes anyways. But I want to have a new diet that is still giving me my protein. I can't eat or drink any dairy because I am lactose intolerant. I do drink lactose free milk but that's it.
