Yes, there is a recipe on the Quaker oats container for meat loaf.

Classic Meatloaf

Ingredients
1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef or turkey
3/4 cup Quaker® Oats(quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup catsup
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps
Heat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape meatloaf mixture into 10x6-inch loaf on rack of broiler pan.

Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until meatloaf is to medium doneness (160°F for beef, 170°F for turkey), until not pink in center and juices show no pink color. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Cover and refrigerate leftovers promptly and use within 2 days, or wrap airtight and freeze up to 3 months.

Meatloaf Made With Oatmeal

My mom has always used oatmeal for meatloaf. It tastes better, holds together better, and it's healthier for you. This is my moms recipe and the sauce is not the traditional one but it's fantastic, enjoy!

Moms Sweet & Sour Meatloaf

Sauce:
2 small cans tomato sauce
1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
1/2 onion chopped
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 cup brown sugar

Mix all sauce ingredients together in bowl, set aside.

Ingredients (Meatloaf):
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup or more if needed, quick oatmeal (not instant)
1 teaspoon garlic salt

In another bowl add ground beef, 1/2 chopped onion, egg, oatmeal, garlic salt, pepper, and 1/3 of the sauce mixture. Mix together well.

Place in pan, making space between meat and pan around edges with fingers. Flatten top, spread more sauce over top and cook 1 hour, at 350F. Drain off grease half way (30 min) and add more sauce. Reserve some sauce for adding when served. The oatmeal disappears, is healthy and you can't taste it. It just holds it together better. Add more if you need it.

1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine all ingredients except chili sauce. Mix lightly but thoroughly.
3. Press into an 8x4-inch loaf pan.
4. Zigzag top of meatloaf with chili sauce.
5. Bake for 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.
6. Drain and let stand 5 minutes before serving with more chili sauce on the side.

I use oatmeal in my meatloaf all the time ...that's how my mom and Grandma used to do it....

I, however, substitute salsa for the ketchup. Then I add sharp cheddar cheese too. It's delish.

So use the recipe that is provided above, but use salsa instead of ketchup, soy and Worcestershire sauce.

I sometimes add olives, mushrooms and pineapple to make a Hawaiian version. Use half the regular amount of hamburger and replace the other half with ground pork or pork sausage.....it's wonderful.

And a taco version too. Add taco seasoning to the meat with taco sauce and tomato sauce. Add cheddar cheese, green chilies, or jalapenos.

Meatloaf is an endless blank canvas....experiment...it's fun what you can come up with.

Of course, if just making regular meatloaf, use crumbled crackers, dried crumbled bread or oatmeal for the holding and volume of the meatloaf. plus tomato sauce, egg, shape and bake, may include onions and bell peppers...plain country cooking......xx

Yes you just replace the bread crumbs/crackers you usually use with Oatmeal.. Others gave you the recipes, I'm just letting you know what to replace in your own recipe.

I'll substitute it for bread crumbs or brown rice in any meatloaf recipe I use.

i admire meat loaf sandwiches. I often upload ketchup and mustard on good of the beef loaf slice. Then sandwich with bread. BBQ sauce could flavor stable too minus the ketchup and mustard.
