please help....i need to convince her to make something that tastes good, isn't boring, and doesn't have celery, cooked mushrooms or bell peppers in it. I'm looking for an alcoholic mixed drink recipe that I can serve at a party. I need something that can either be made by the pitcher or put in a cooler (other than PJ's) for the guests to keep refilling. I don't want to spend the evening mixing the same drink over and over again. I'd like to be with my guests. Any recipe suggestions would be very much appreciated.

I know that fondue is the recent craze, but I just realized today that fondue is not the most hygenic thing to do. It's like double-dipping a chip in the dip. The same fork that goes in your mouth goes back in the community fondue pot. And how many people can really swear that their mouth never touches the fork?

Just curious if anyone has ever noticed this before.

I'm highly allergic to lemons, so use lime as a substitute. I forgot I had already purchased some the other day when I bought all those avocados, so I bought even more! I know they'll keep quite a bit, but figured this would be a good time to try new lime recipes. Do you have any unusual or simply especially tasty lime recipes you'd like to recommend? It can be sweet or savory. My flatmates are easy when it comes to food!
