Orange Smoothie

Original recipe yield:
4 servings

PREP TIME 1 Minute
COOK TIME 1 Minute
READY IN 2 Min

INGREDIENTS
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup white sugar
10 cubes ice

DIRECTIONS
In a blender, combine orange juice concentrate, milk, water, vanilla, sugar and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Cinnamon Apple Smoothie recipe

1 cup milk
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 small apple
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Handful of ice cubes

Wash and peel apple. Remove seeds, and cut into cubes. Add all ingredients to blender, and blend for one minute.

Serves 1.

Peach Smoothie

1 large ripe peach - sliced
1 Tablespoon sugar or sugar substitue equivalent
1 cup low-fat peach or vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

In your blender, combine the peach and sugar. Pulse until peaches are ground up. Add the yogurt, orange juice, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. That's all there is to it.

Heyy, i love this drink and it is easy and quick and kids can make it. It was recomended by a health magazine and it taste amazing and helps get in your daily fruits and its also delicouse! Enjoy =)

In a blender you mix 3 ice cubes, 4-6 frozen strawberries and a cup of yougurt,along with a cup of your joice of juice such as apple juice or orange juice. A banana is optional but if u choose to put it in you cute it up into about 10 small thin pieces. Enjoy your fruit smoothie!

The beauty of a fruit smoothie is that it can be whatever you want it to be.

Three mandatory ingredients:

Fruit, a liquid (juice, milk, soy milk, rice milk) and ice (if you are not using frozen fruit, frozen yogurt or ice cream)

You can also add protein powder if you want an added benefit

Depends on what type of smoothy it is. Green is just a color, it could be avocado, mint, or food coloring that makes them that way. Typically health food green smoothies are spinach 50%, 50% fruits, with a banana or avocado emulsifier.

Your favourite fruit, I like a combination of papaya, banana & pineapple, yoghurt and ice. Blend it all together & Bob's your uncle!

I use Fruit, Yogurt, a little bit of milk. blend it and drink.my fave is to mix fruit instead of just using one. my all time fave is Strawberry-Banana or Strawberry-Pineapple.
